RETURN POLICY: We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. However, we must put time limitations on returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 5 days, at www.travelingglasses@hotmail.com for return instructions and RA number. If damage has occurred during shipping, please return all packaging materials for possible UPS inspection. We cannot accept any returns for full credit without a valid RA (Return Authorization) number. Items that are returned without the proper authorization will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Items must be returned within 20 days from the date we shipped to you. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except in the case of broken or defective merchandise. Any refunds issued will be as a credit to the original credit card used for purchase. Cash refunds will not be issued. We will work diligently to resolve any unsatisfactory situation.
